Salongespräch - "Der falsche Körper"

The concern for the best health into old age occupies modern society in many ways.

The forum refurmo is offering a public lecture of a different kind on the annual motto "Health":

The author and speaker Selma Mahlknecht* speaks of the "false body" and thus of our complex relationship to our corporeality. It is about the idea of "healthy" and "sick" or, even more broadly, of "right" and "wrong". In doing so, she draws an arc from our conception of formability and control to the concept of the "natural" and shows how multifaceted and contradictory our dealings with our own bodies, but also with the bodies of others.

The conversation will take place on Wednesday, September 30 at 7:30 p.m. at the Hotel Villa Beaulieu (former Gut Clinic) in St. Moritz.
Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
