Corin Curschellas and Irina Ungureanu, the Romansh and Romanian singers, are both leading voices in their respective folk song traditions and known for their uniquely personal approach to their musical heritage. Both Romanian and Romansh are derived from Latin, but as close as the linguistic relationship is, the songs sound quite different.
