From January 16th to 18th, 2026, the Mulets Sports Center will host the "Chneblet." 74 teams will compete in the Swiss Pond Hockey Championship. Qualifying matches on Friday and Saturday will determine who will play for the Swiss Championship title on Sunday and which teams will compete in the Surlej Cup. Excitement is guaranteed! The ice will be specially prepared for the tournament. The playing fields are 20 x 40 m in size and are demarcated by small snow "boards" (approx. 20-40 cm high). The goals are the same width as official ice hockey goals, but only about 20 cm high. Equipment is also different from that required for a traditional hockey tournament: Only skates, gloves, and a stick are used. Shin and elbow pads are permitted, but a helmet is recommended. No other equipment is permitted.
