Welterbetage 2026

The World Heritage Days 2026 at the Rhaetian Railway combine railway and mountain culture: This year, the focus is on the railway village of Bergün-Filisur. A variety of attractions await at various locations of the Railway and Mountain Festival. From historic trains, guided tours of the Albula Railway Museum, audio rides and model railways to nostalgic Postbus rides, there is something for everyone.

World Heritage Perspectives

Experience the spectacular section of the UNESCO World Heritage route between Bergün and Preda from two perspectives: Take the nostalgic Postbus from Bergün to Preda, including photo stops. In Preda you will receive exciting information about the Albula Tunnel and its history before the return journey with the RhB takes place through spiral and helical tunnels.

This tour with professional guidance is also possible in the opposite direction, lasts just under 2 hours and takes place in the afternoon. Registration directly on site at the event.

Historical composition

This year, the Ge 2/4 222 will be a rare guest visiting Bergün. The historical composition is a testimony to Graubünden's railway culture. A must for fans of technology and history.

AUDIO RIDE

During the journey with a historical train composition in the open observation car, experience a unique musical listening experience in the helical tunnel.
The RhB World Heritage Cooperation and the Mountain Festival make this special driving and listening experience possible.

Visitor Center World Heritage RhB - Open Day

Free admission to the Albula Railway Museum on the World Heritage Days. The museum opens its doors to long and short guests. Clà Ferrovia Children's tour for the little ones, museum and technical tours for the older ones.

Marquee and Historic Village

A wide range of attractions including a children's programme in the Historic RhB Dörfli on the Platz der Bahnfreunde. In the marquee, the physical well-being and musical entertainment are well taken care of.
