The painting "Archers" inspires a yoga class around a topic with yoga teacher Harriet Grachten. In both archery and yoga, concentration, focus and strength are essential. At the same time, letting go at the right moment plays a crucial role in successfully completing the exercise or shot. In yoga, this means consciously letting go of tension in order to promote relaxation and flow. In archery, releasing the arrow at the perfect moment is crucial for precision. Both activities teach us to act in tune with the moment and to find the balance between tension and letting go.
