In our Cheese Bubble you will discover real Bündner Cheese, local variations for fondue and raclette. For meat lovers we offer the classic fondue chinoise with three kinds of meat: beef, calf, chicken. We will be happy to accompany you with selected inserts such as Bündner mountain potatoes from the organic farm Las Sorts, but with many more.
