Due to renovation work, our gourmet restaurant Guarda Val will be temporarily closed.
Starting on December 5, 2026, we look forward to welcoming our guests again. After 55 years, a new culinary chapter begins in Sporz: the Guarda Val gourmet restaurant will become PUR. Inspired by the four directions. Rooted in the Maiensäss.
Open to the world. Connected to the place. Sometimes close, sometimes far. Always PUR.
