Probably the smallest nut cake in the world.
Description
Master confectioner Reto Schmid's version of Graubünden's most famous specialty measures four centimetres - no more than a Fünfliber. The 19 gram delicacy is his invention. The mini tartlet has already won several prizes. Like its larger counterpart, it is made from shortcrust pastry with a filling of honey, walnuts and caramel. Make a stop at the Conditoria Schmid in Sedrun.
In the gourmet store you will find the right gift for every season and you can enjoy a delicious coffee in the cozy restaurant.
Test articles are also offered at special conditions.
