Palaver Bar

We offer a wide selection of gins, whiskies and rums from all over the world. In addition, we have a selection of fine wines and many different carefully prepared cocktails – including non-alcoholic ones. We serve various delicious tarte flambées as well as smaller snacks for dinner.

The décor of the bar is very special with selected Graubünden furniture from earlier eras. The atmospheric ambience also includes many candles. We have a small parlour made entirely of new Swiss stone pine wood that can be reserved.

Our sun terrace has an impressive view of the surrounding mountains, the ski area, the lower village and the historic church of Son Martegn.

The event bar at Surses

The Palaver Bar is also an event bar. From tastings, culinary evenings, live music or dance evenings to readings or comedy nights, there is certainly something for everyone. We work together with regional providers as well as national artists and want to offer an unforgettable experience that leaves nothing to be desired.
