Regional dishes and specialties of the house can be enjoyed in the "Bündnerstube" or in the modern and bright dining room with a spectacular view of the Muretto Pass. The "Taverna" with its vaulted ceiling and floor made of Fexer tiles or the "Stuva Colani" on the second floor, in its original condition from 1646, are ideal places for a tasting of regional wines and typical products (on request for groups) or for a romantic candlelight dinner.

The restaurant offers carefully prepared Italian cuisine with traditional and innovative dishes. Vegetarian dishes, large and small portions for those who don't want to miss a course, from appetizers to desserts and a selection of cheeses.
