With a menu filled with national and regional specialities: Rösti and fondue, grisons barley soup and delicious Zürcher Geschnetzeltes. Furthermore, the Zollstube has more than 15 kinds of craft beer on offer, all of which are brewed at small, independent Swiss breweries, including 36.5° Quell – the official beer of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, which is brewed with thermal water from the Tamina gorge.
