"Savoir-vivre" is the watchword at the "Voilà" restaurant and the motto for a light snack between meals. When the weather is nice, enjoy a cup of coffee and a slice of homemade cake on the Belvédère’s sun terrace, which offers a perfect view of the promenade and the Graubünden mountains. In the stylish ambiance of our cozy lounge, guests are treated to traditional and international dishes prepared by our head chef. We also serve a selection of premium beverages and creative cocktails—stirred or shaken—prepared by our professional staff at the Carigiet Bar. Incidentally, the bar takes its name from the ceiling painting by Graubünden artist Alois Carigiet, which lends the bar its distinctive elegance.
