After a beautiful hike, on the Montalin or on the Schanfigger Höhenweg, hunger must be satisfied. Norma's "Gassa-Plättli", served on the finest slate and with exclusively regional top products, is a delicacy and makes you forget the exertions of the day.
Sweet and fine
Meringues with cream is particularly popular. No one can resist that. In addition, you order a "Montalinzauber" and the sweet experience is perfect. The recipe for "Montalinzauber" is even more secret than that for Appenzeller cheese.
