Approx. 45m², located at the entrance to Arosa on the 5th floor in Haus Alexandra
The apartment impresses with its high-quality, tasteful furnishings.
The apartment has two sunny balconies with chairs.

We are happy to provide a cot and TripTrap on request (CHF 30)
Bathroom with two washbasins, shower, toilet
Large living and dining area with open kitchen invite you to linger.
Nothing is missing in the open kitchen. It has a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, raclette oven, fondue caquelon
The ski run ends just in front of the house.
The Seeboden or Sandhubel bus stop is right in front of the house, where there are several restaurants and bars in addition to the Coop.
There is an outdoor parking space available. The parking card must be displayed.

Getting there:
Arriving in Arosa by car, Haus Alexandra is located directly opposite the petrol station on Maranerstrasse.
Parking spaces are located in front of and behind the property.
5 or 3 days before arrival you will receive further emails with the access data.
