3 1/2 room luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, generous kitchen modern and completely furnished, with south balcony and view of the Arosa mountains. The apartment'Amselfluh' has spacious bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue dishes. There is WIFI, washing machine and tumble drier and a top TV and music system in the object. 1 parking space in the garage belongs to the apartment. It has a ski cellar and a sauna for general use. The living area is 105 m2, shopping facilities and the mountain railways are within walking distance.

By car, take the motorway A3 to Chur and drive upward to Arosa in approx. 45 minutes on a narrow winding road. Attention! In winter you will need winter tires as well as snow chains, depending on weather conditions.
From Postplatz/Obersee drive towards Innerarosa. Pass the Coop supermarket and Kursaal until the turning place, so that you can turn into Prätschlistrasse from above at "Koller Sport". After 100 metres you will reach Haus Panorama on the righ (garage entrance).

By train, take the Intercity Express to Chur. From there, the scenic Rhaetian Railway whisks you up to Arosa (trains run hourly). Check www.sbb.ch for timetable. When in Arosa you can take a taxi or a romantic horse-drawn sledge.
