Description
Modern 3 1/2-room apartment in a 6-family house with underground parking (included in the price). Ideal location at the Fadail valley station, the sports bus stop and at Heidsee. A laundry room with washing machine (coin-operated), a ski / bike room, a shoe dressing room with ski boot storage and 3 outside parking spaces are available for common use.

From the main Lenzerheide post office, drive toward Chur and turn left on the first street in the village toward Val Sporz. Pass the church; just past the Volg shop, turn right (toward Fadail). After about 800m it's the house on the left side just before the large parking lot for the Fadail t-bar and next to its bus stop. Check in: 4.00 p.m. / Check out: 10.00 a.m.
