Quiet, sunny location with lake-view (upperlake)
Bus stop Seehalde very close (approx. 3 minutes)
Ski-station to Prätschli, the centre ski-station (Mittelstation) in closed distance
One of the home ski slope is just a few steps away
Very closed to the known as "squirrel forest"
Golf center as well as cross country skiing can be reached on foot in 5 - 10 minutes (or 2 stops by bus)
Dogs in Flat P = in exceptional cases after consultation (dogs are allowed in our apartments R, L and S).

Arrival description:
From the railway-station. take the bus in the direction of "Prätschli". Get out at the station "Seehalde". Take the road opposite the bus stop. Keep on going on the right hand side. Our house is the fourth building on the left hand side after the crossing.
By car. By reaching Arosa you just take the first possibility (opposite coop) to the right. Follow the "Maranerstrasse" and take the first possibility to the left. Keep on going on the right side until you come directly to our hous, Rainweg 7 - 13a, Arosa.
