Description

- Location:  Quiet and sunny neighbourhood on the east-facing slope of the southern edge of Lenzerheide. The village center with shops, post office, sports bus stop and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes while the ski school and ski piste can be reached in 15 minutes.
- Infrastructure: Shared use of ski room
- Access: The building can be accessed by vehicles all year.
- Miscellaneous: Rental of children's strollers, high chairs, backpack carriers and baby beds.

- available on request (please order directly from the landlord and pay): Cot CHF 6.00 / day / Stroller, backpack and other utensils for children from CHF 5.00 / day

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. For all cancellations a processing fee of CHF 30.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 90 days before arrival, the property will be sublet. If a replacement booking can be made, an amount of CHF 90.00 will be charged in addition to the contractual processing fee for administrative work.

-Entering Lenzerheide turn right onto the Voa Sporz. After 300m there is an intersection. Just before the intersection our rental office is on the left in house number 19A (opposite the Volg shop).
