The apartment Capolgarten 3.7 is located on the 3rd floor and can be easily reached by elevator from the ground floor or the underground car park as well as via the staircase. The apartment includes an underground parking space, which is already included in the rental price. There is a ski and snowboard room in the building as well as a sports shop with rental for bikes, climbing equipment, skis and snowboards.
A laundry room for general use is located in the house. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers, among other things, a ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine. In addition, a raclette oven and a fondue set are available.
The south-facing balcony is furnished with a table and four chairs and invites you to relax.
Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed inside the apartment. For safety reasons, the fireplace may not be used.
