Description

The ‘Chesa Carmela’ is situated in a dreamlike, detached and unobstructable location in idyllic, sunny Inner-Arosa, directly at the foot of the traditional ‘Bergkirchli’ (no church bells!) dating from 1492 / 1493 at an altitude of 1,870 metres.
The ski piste and hiking trails lead directly past the property. The ‘Hörnli gondola lift’ valley station is in the immediate vicinity. The ‘Kulm’ gondola lift and the SSSA children's ski school in Inner-Arosa can be easily reached on skis or snowboard.
A top starting point for snow sports enthusiasts and hikers.
The ‘Gada’ bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away.

The practically furnished 3 1/2-room flat on the ground floor is designed for 4 people. Through the large living room windows (south / east) and from the partially covered south-facing terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the magnificent mountain scenery.
Further facilities include a heated garage and a ski room.

Arrival
- by car: From the entrance to Arosa, take the Poststrasse to Inner-Arosa in the direction of the local museum. 100 metres after the ‘Gada’ bus stop, the entrance to the house is at the apex of the next bend on the right.
- By train: From Arosa railway station, take the ‘Hörnliexpress’ bus to the ‘Gada’ stop, or if you have a lot of luggage, it is best to take a taxi.

The right-hand parking space in the centre garage belongs to the flat. The stairs to the right of the garages lead to the house entrance.
