Modern apartment right on the ski slopes! High-quality furnished cozy apartment (Valserstein/Oak). Spectacular views through panoramic windows of Flims and the mountain range. The apartment has controlled ventilation, underfloor heating and ski boot dryer. We are happy to provide guests with a spacious upholstered group with a coffee table, a flatscreen TV with cable connection and DVD player as well as a cupboard with games and DVDs. Wi-Fi is free to use throughout the apartment with good signal. In an additional basement is the washing machine and tumble dryer (also used by the apartment above). The laundry can then be dried in the storage room. On the large, covered terrace there are two sun loungers and 4 chairs with table ready for you. You will also find a gas grill in the spacious garden. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The car can be left free of charge in the underground car park on the day of arrival or departure. It has enough space for bicycles, sleds and skis. An additional parking space can be rented on request for Fr. 10.00/day. In the large storage room (integrated into the apartment) there is a freezer and a microwave. It also has enough space for ski boots, ski clothes, suitcases, etc.
