The Acletta is located on a quiet and sunny south-facing slope. The Ski Arena Andermatt/Sedrun/Disentis is easily accessible. Sports facilities, restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity (700 m). The non-smoking apartment is designed for 4 to max. 6 people and was renovated in 2019. Pets are not allowed.

The 2 room apartment (90m2) is located on the ground floor and can be reached by elevator or via the staircase. The apartment is modern, comfortable and child-friendly.  Satellite TV (flat screen) and wireless LAN are available free of charge.

The price includes the shared use of the small indoor pool, a lounge (with table tennis and table football), and the children's playground. In the underground car park a garage space (max height 1.95 m) can be used. For electric cars, 3 charging stations (22 kWh charging capacity) are available. It can be used with the SwissCharge app or with the QR code at the respective charging station. The charging cards from TCS, Agrola; EWZ, Easy Charge (Energie 360) and Swisscharge are also approved.
