4-room house (140 m²) that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children.

The house is furnished in a simple and functional way and offers a cozy living room with TV and DVD player, perfect for relaxing moments. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic hobs, microwave, freezer and electric coffee machine (Delizio capsules available for a fee). A dining table, a radio and a traditional wood-burning stove complete the environment, which creates a warm and convivial atmosphere. From the kitchen there is direct access to the garden with outdoor living area. There is also a separate toilet on the floor.

Upstairs are the bedrooms: a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed for two people, with access to the balcony, and a double bedroom with two single beds side by side. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub, bidet and toilet. The heating is electric and wood-burning.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large garden, a veranda, a mobile barbecue and two sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in the open air.

The house also has a washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, high chair for children, cot for children up to 2 years old (on request, extra) and free WiFi.

Non-smoking house, particularly suitable for families. Only one pet (dog) is allowed.
