The 4.5-room apartment (85m²) is in a detached apartment building with a total of 5 apartments, one of which is permanently inhabited. The house is located in the village district of Salins in a beautiful and above all practical location. In the immediate vicinity you will find the important infrastructure such as a sports shop, supermarket, ski slope for beginners, the cable car to the Cuolm Da Vi mountain station, Sedrun railway station, the swimming pool & spa Bogn Sedrun, the museum and restaurants.
