The apartment has a good floor plan and is practically furnished.

An open wardrobe in the entrance area, large dining/living room, 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen, bathroom with double washbasin, separate WC with washbasin, WLAN and cable TV are available. A ski room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the house. Bicycles, skis and ski boots can be stored in the ski room. A garage with forecourt belongs to the apartment.

It is a 4 minutes walk to the bus station, 5 minutes to the village center and 7 minutes to the lake. The apartment can only be rented to young people when accompanied by an adult.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment and smoking is not permitted.
