Description
Shopping facilities and restaurants are almost adjacent above the building.
The indoor pool, sauna and large roof terrace can be found on the 5th floor.
Electricity, water, heating, indoor swimming pool and sauna.

The apartment can be occupied on arrival from 3 pm.
Departure must take place on the day of departure no later than 10.00 am. Exceeding the departure time by more than 30 minutes will result in the calculation of another night. Other arrival and departure times can be agreed individually with the landlord. If the tenant does not appear on the day of arrival until 22.00 o'clock, the contract is considered terminated after a period of 48 hours without notification to the landlord. The landlord or his representative can then freely dispose of the object. A (pro rata) refund of the rent due to early departure will not be made in principle.
