Casa La Schmetta 54 is located in a quiet and sunny setting on the southern edge of the village, nestled within a picturesque woodland area, offering unobstructed views of the Alps and just a few minutes’ walk from the village center. The location ensures maximum privacy and guarantees relaxation in the midst of nature. The Crestas ski lift is situated right next to the complex, and you can ski all the way back to the front door – no car required. The property is also an ideal starting point for skiing, hiking, and cycling/mountain biking. Cross-country ski trails, hiking paths, and a golf course are all nearby. Casa La Schmetta 54 is a comfortable, family-friendly home (semi-detached) spread over three floors, featuring a sun terrace, a covered garden seating area, and a west-facing balcony. A children’s playground is located within the complex. Pets are welcome.

Drive to Lenzerheide center. Turn into Voa Nova at the Spar supermarket. Then turn from Voa Nova onto La Schmetta. Continue uphill to the parking area. Please park in space no. 54. Walk up the path to house no. 54.
