The apartment is located on the second floor, in a detached apartment building, with a total of 3 apartments.
The house is located in the village district of Faltscharidas, at the entrance to Disentis. It offers a beautiful view towards the Lukmanier and Oberalp Passes.
The village centre can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by car or with the free local bus.
A garage and additional parking spaces are available, as well as a ski room, a laundry room with tumble dryer and in summer a large garden is added, with seating and barbecue facilities.
No pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed in the entire house.
