The small and cosily furnished holiday flat offers space for up to 4 people and is located on the edge of the settlement, with a wonderful view, directly on the edge of unspoilt nature.
It is cosy and sunny, with a covered terrace and the garden with three stone pines. The new Arvenstube is accessed via a staircase. The studio with kitchen, dining table and corner bench and a single bed and sofa bed can be separated from the bedroom by a sliding door.
Heating is provided by the pellet stove or the wood-burning stove. The pellet stove can be regulated via a thermostat and thus heats independently. The wood stove is very useful in the event of a power failure. It can be used for heating and cooking at any time.
The flat was completely renovated in 2020.
The storage room, the multi-purpose room, the laundry room and the grounds are accessible to both flats.
