Description
The apartment features 3 individually designed bedrooms, 2 of which connect to the glazed conservatory. The conservatory extends along the entire length of the apartment and impresses with a unique view over Arosa and the mountain panorama. Thanks to its southern exposure, you can enjoy plenty of sun.
The large living room with dining area and open kitchen allows for a pleasant gathering. The high-quality bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, complete the package of this unique apartment.
Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the supermarkets, bars or restaurants. Through the lower exit of the residential building, you can go directly to the nearby bus stop, from where the free bus takes you to the hiking and ski area.
Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a parking space, but there are a few public parking spaces right by the church opposite. Or you can use one of the parking garages.

- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 50.- (high chair and cot with bed linen)
- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival
- Pets are very welcome, and will be charged at CHF 100 per pet/stay for extra cleaning
- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)
In summer, the holiday region convinces with an all-inclusive offer for mountain railways, hiking trails, barbecue areas, climbing park, playgrounds, outdoor pool, and much more. A visit to the Arosa Bear Sanctuary also inspires young and old.
In winter, over 261 kilometers of pistes in the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area ensure lots of snow sports fun.
Various event highlights provide additional entertainment in and around Arosa all year round (classic car - vintage car races, live is live, balloon rides, concerts, theater in the forest stage, various sports events, and much more).

Prices
The published price in total includes the final cleaning of CHF 350, the laundry of CHF 20.- per person and the Resort Fee (formerly visitor's tax) of CHF 6.- per person/night. There is a deposit of CHF 500/EUR 400 to be paid which is refunded if the object is in good condition (no damage caused) and in good state for cleaning (no rubbish anymore, etc.)

By car, take the motorway A3 to Chur and drive upward to Arosa in approx. 45 minutes on a narrow winding road. Attention! In winter you will need winter tires as well as snow chains, depending on weather conditions.
When in Arosa, drive past the railway station in the direction of the Waldhotel and then to the Catholic Church. Church Hill is located across the street in a striking red house.
By train, take the Intercity Express to Chur. From there, the scenic Rhaetian Railway whisks you up to Arosa (trains run hourly). Check www.sbb.ch for timetable. When in Arosa you can take a taxi or a romantic horse-drawn sledge.
