Although the apartment does not have a balcony, its central location and modern facilities ensure a comfortable and functional stay in the heart of the village.

Location

Directly on the Obersee and only a few minutes' walk from all central facilities in Arosa. Ideal for guests traveling without a car. The Weisshorn cable car is just a 7-minute walk away, with direct access to the ski bus and hiking trails.

There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired.

The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. The imposing world of peaks offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and versatile winter sports opportunities in winter.

Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine climatic health resort since 1877. Arosa can be reached by Rhaetian Railway from Chur or by car over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, passing the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
