Your ideal vacation apartment Emsla is waiting for you in the newly built 3 houses Heidi and Litzi 1 and 2. The modern 4.5 room apartment (approx. 130m2) with covered loggia has 3 bedrooms for max. 6 persons and 2 bathrooms. Quiet and very sunny location, very close to the children's ski school and ski lifts. You will feel at home in this apartment, because the apartment is spacious and conveniently furnished and the view of the mountains is impressive. The house offers 1-2 free garage spaces, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and fondue and raclette equipment. You can easily get to the ski lifts, have most beautiful specialty restaurants "around the corner "and only a few minute walk 6 feet to the ski school. It is perfect for families.

By car, take the highway to Chur. The signs will then lead you directly to the famous Schanfigger road and you will reach the beautiful mountain village in about 45 minutes over 365 curves. Winter tires and snow chains are certainly an advantage in winter.
Once in Arosa arrived you drive until just before the Hotel Hold and walk to the last house Litzi 2 to get your key in the mailbox. Then drive directly into the parking garage Brüggli, where you will find your garage space. There is a direct access to the apartment from there. Code for the mailbox and garage number will be given to you in another step.

By train, from Zurich airport or Zurich main station you can reach Chur quickly and comfortably by Intercity. There you board the romantic and red Rhaetian Railway and reach Arosa in one hour. You can find the train schedule online at sbb.ch, the trains run every hour. Once you arrive in Arosa, taxis are at your disposal.
