The Old Rectory of Surcasti was built in 1610. In 2020, the windows and the shingle façade were replaced in cooperation with the monument preservation department. Since then, the house has been a listed building. The house is located at an altitude of 1000 m in Surcasti, a well-known place of power in the Val Lumnezia, the Valley of Light. Now it offers all guests a quiet and idyllic oasis. The house was lovingly furnished for holiday and seminar guests. The property is not suitable for infants and is not wheelchair accessible.    The 9-room house stands on a garden plot of 750 square meters. The living area is 190 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 9 people. Various terraces and garden seating areas offer even more beautiful views of the mountains. The hiking trail to Vrin leads directly past the Old Rectory. Further hiking suggestions can be found in the richly assorted library. Bathing enthusiasts can enjoy the Davos Munts bathing lake, the Cresta or Cauma lakes, the Ilanz outdoor pool or the Vals thermal baths. There are golf courses in Brigels and Sagogn. Winter sports enthusiasts will find their slopes and cross-country ski trails in nearby Vals, the Obersaxen/Mundaun ski region and in the white arena of Flims-Laax-Falera. The Old Rectory Surcasti is looking forward to welcoming guests who appreciate peace, comfort and relaxation. There is a public outdoor car park available. Pets not allowed.
