The 3.5-room gallery holiday home is located in the most beautiful panoramic location in the hamlet of Valata on the Obersax high plateau right next to the Piz Mundaun chairlift, which provides access to the entire Obersaxen and Val Lumnezia skiing and hiking area. From the house with winter garden and spacious garden seating area you can enjoy a unique view of the mountain landscape of the Surselva.

In summer, the seating area can be shaded and culinary delights can be prepared at the granite fireplace. From the garage with year-round access, you can reach the basement rooms with ski landfill and washing machine as well as living rooms via stairs. Next to the garage there is another parking space available. Public transport with free ski bus from Ilanz, doctor, restaurant, practice lift, ski and snowboard school and cross-country ski trail are in the immediate vicinity.

A recreation park with swimming lake, large indoor and outdoor playground, barbecue area, beach volleyball, tennis, football pitch is located in the next hamlet in Misanenga. A forest lake with barbecue area, Icelandic pony farm, riding arena nearby. A unique family experience awaits you in this mountain world.
