Ferienhaus Bandlistall

In the middle of pretty Valendas, which was named "best tourism village" by the UNWTO in 2025 thanks to its sustainable village development, there is an architectural gem: the Bandlistall. With a lot of flair and subtlety, this estimated 200-year-old stable has been converted into a unique holiday home. The owners placed the interior – furnished with sensual and expressive design classics – in the hands of the style experts from Neumarkt17. A loft-like room with high ceilings, a kitchenette, two spacious rooms and a separate floor with a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen and feudal table was created.

Outdoor amenities include a garden adjacent to the kitchen and dining room – a place of peace with a dining table and lounge – as well as a parking space with the possibility of charging an electric car.
