The spacious holiday home (150m2) is a beautiful 6-room farmhouse. It is located on the lower outskirts of the village of Surcuolm and near the Valata valley station.
From the seating area and living room, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. If necessary, there is the possibility to store bicycles etc. in the adjacent "Schöpfli".
Distance to Valata base station: 25 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car. In winter, the valley station can also be approached directly by ski and snowboard.
Up to four parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the house. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
