No through traffic, ideal for families with small children, people looking for tranquillity and recreation and lover of nature.Summer: Starting point for hiking tours, e.g. into the Swiss national park, biking, jogging, fishing, mushroom picking, taking photographs, golfing, etc. The house has a large terrace with a lot of sunshine from mid-march to mid-November. Only 150m to the river Inn and many barbeque stations.Winter: 50m from the local cross country ski run and the famous one from Scuol to Martina. Possibilities to boggen around the house, Davos sledges and bobs for kids are available. You will also find 2 pairs of snow walking shoes. 5' driving to the mountain railway station. Altogether 4.5 rooms, all with day and night curtains, as well as shutters.
