Due to the hillside location, the house has various stairs, which is not particularly suitable for people with limited mobility. Pets are not allowed. Access to the house is only possible with four-wheel drive in snow. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house, please note that these are not always usable in winter. However, it is also possible to park on the main road directly behind the driveway. The bus stop is directly in front of the house. Shopping facilities can be found in Pany or Küblis. Ideal starting point for sports activities in summer and winter. The world-famous ski resort of Davos Klosters is only 8 km away and can be easily reached from Küblis with the RhB (Rhaetian Railway). In summer you will find a large outdoor swimming pool in Pany, a wide variety of hiking and biking trails as well as the 1st via ferrata in Graubünden and various climbing gardens in nearby Rätikon.
