Description
You can reach the Fadail or Tgantieni ski lifts in about five minutes on foot, and the village center in approximately ten minutes on foot.
The holiday home is located directly in Lenzerheide (Graubünden) in the best location.
- a free parking space in the garage
- included: energy costs such as heating, hot water, electricity, and TV
- charging electric vehicles in the underground garages is not permitted. Public charging stations can be found in the parking lots Rothorn and Clavadoiras.
- the security deposit can be settled individually in cash on-site by the landlord
Cancellation fees amount to 30% of the total rental amount in any case. If a replacement tenant cannot be found for the reserved period, the entire rental amount is owed.

You will receive the directions via email (sender: admin@uehlingerimmo.ch). If you have not received an email, please contact the landlord at least 1 week before arrival. The keys are located directly at the vacation apartment and cannot be picked up at the Uehlinger Alpine Living office. Arrival from 4:00 PM / Departure until 10:00 AM
