Perfect location: Our 3.5 room holiday apartment, 90m2, offers space for max. 5 people. It is located on the 2nd floor of a renovated apartment building in the centre of Lenzerheide. Grocery shops, chemist's, bus stops, restaurants, ski school and an ice rink are in the immediate vicinity. The cross-country ski trail to the lake starts directly behind the house.
Cosy living: A spacious living room, two separate bedrooms with top beds and high-quality bed linen, two bathrooms, fast WLAN access, a flat-screen TV and a DAB radio as well as a well-equipped kitchen invite you to linger.
Private garage parking space: An underground parking space is available during your stay.
Quiet surroundings: Despite the central location, the area around the flat is very quiet, so you can enjoy your holiday in peace.
New wellness area: The wellness area with indoor pool and sauna was renovated in summer 2024. Here you can relax wonderfully after skiing or hiking.

Directions

Coming from Chur: At the first junction in Lenzerheide turn right into Voa Sporz, turn right after the Hotel Sunstar. The underground car park is straight ahead. Shortly before the underground car park there is a staircase to the flat entrances on the left-hand side. Use the second entrance. The flat is on the 2nd floor.
