The charming Engadine house from 1699 welcomes you with its historic façade on a steep alley on the upper edge of the village. The house has 2 apartments. The apartment described here comprises 2 floors with 110 m/2 of living space. The ground floor with entrance, kitchen, dining area and pine wood stüva is dominated by intertwining round arches. A staircase leads to the three bedrooms and the toilet/bathroom on the 1st floor.

On the 2nd floor of the house there is a small attic apartment, this apartment is permanently avoided and not included in the offer. Access for the tenants of the attic apartment is via the side entrance on the 1st floor. through the common corridor at the staircase. Mutual consideration is requested.

It is only a few steps to the stop of the post bus connection and to the most important shopping facilities on the village square. In front of the house there is a parking space for loading and unloading your vehicle, furthermore you can park your car in the paid parking garage at the entrance to the village (300m walk / parking tickets on arrival are available on request for an extra charge) A special feature is the connection from Sent to the ski area Scuol/Motta Naluns via the so-called dream slope. After a fulfilling day of skiing, this slope takes you almost to the front door / 150m walk. Please inquire about the availability of the dream slope, in case of scarce snow conditions this slope may be closed. During the ski season, the use of the bus connection from Sent to the valley station is free of charge for holders of a ski pass.
The post bus to Scuol runs hourly during the day, and in the evening a local taxi company takes over the connection at reduced prices. More information on request.

Swiss stone pine parlour with wood-burning stove/heatable from the kitchen, central heating combines wood/electricity. In winter, it may be necessary to heat the stoves in addition to central heating. There is no TV, but the balcony compensates with a magnificent view over the village and the Lower Engadine mountains.
Simple, richly equipped kitchen that makes regional cooking with its Tiba stove an authentic experience, in addition is a modern Elektrolux stove with glass ceramic hob and oven.  (Nepresso machine, milk frother and kettle are available, there is no dishwasher.
2 large double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 complete sanitary room (1 x with toilet, washbasin and shower bath, hairdryer, terry cloth and bed linen), Wi-Fi throughout the house, storage space for skis and bicycles in the basement,
