The sun-drenched and stylishly renovated 2.5 room apartment is ideal for a couple or families with 2 older children who want to enjoy their holidays on the sun terrace of Graubünden.

With its 62sqm, divided into 2 floors, the apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen and a bedroom with a large bathroom on the 1st floor. The second bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a bunk bed. The two floors are connected by an open staircase.
In the living area there is a cozy Swedish stove, which invites you to linger with its warmth. The southwest-facing balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom and offers an enchanting view of the "Brigelser Hörner" and the 16th century Jakobs Chapel (S. Giacun).

The modern kitchen is functionally equipped with a dishwasher.
The first rays of sunshine fall through large windows in the morning and allow a view of the village and the ski lift operation. The apartment is more or less a half of a 3-party house, which also has its own garage. The common laundry room of the house has a washing machine and dryer and offers enough space for skiing and hiking equipment.

The house Casa S. Giacun is located within walking distance only about 500m from the village square with restaurants, bakery and shops in a quiet cul-de-sac. The lift station of the Brigelser Bergbahnen can be easily reached in a few minutes with the free ski bus (stop 50m from the house). The post bus station can also be reached in a few minutes.

On request, it is also possible to arrive on Friday or Sunday.
