Detached chalet (built 1994) looking onto the Rätikon mountain formation. At an altitude of 1120m the house is located above the village Grüsch and can be reached by car all year round. Snow-chains or 4-wheel drive recommended. A garage and sufficient parking spaces are provided. Central heating. The appartment on the lower floor is occasionally used by the owners. Daily provisions are available at a bakery and a grocery store in the village of Grüsch 4.5m away. Extras: Raclette stove, fondue set, basic food provisions (spices, sugar, pasta, rice), covered balcony with electric outdoor heater, table football, hoover.

Winter The house is centrally situated in the ski circus of Grüsch-Danusa. The middle station of the Grüsch-Danusa cable car is in 10-15 min. walking distance. You can ski right to the house on your return. Amongst many other offers there are hiking trails, cross country ski- and toboggan runs.
Summer Large garden with plenty of space around the house. Ideal for hiking and biking tours. The cable car only operates in the winter season. Open air pool, tennis and horse riding in Grüsch.
