Ftan, a hamlet of Scuol, is a delightful village located at 1,650 meters above sea level, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. It is a natural paradise where modernity and tradition go hand in hand. This idyllic village is known for its natural beauty and traditional farms. It offers a wide range of activities in both summer and winter. It is the only village besides Scuol that enjoys direct access to the Motta Naluns ski area. Ftan is also known for its mountain bike adventure park and mountain swimming lake on the outskirts of the village.
We offer you a beautiful three-bedroom holiday apartment on the ground floor of a detached house in Ftan-Grond, which can accommodate 4-5 people. The apartment is located just above Ftan-Grond in a quiet, sunny location. The wooden seating area with a magnificent view of the fantastic Engadine mountains is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the landscape. A reserved parking space is available.
The post office and the chairlift are about 5 minutes away on foot. In winter, when the snow conditions are good, you can ski directly down to the apartment via the valley run on an unprepared slope.
Shopping facilities are nearby and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
The unique mineral baths "Bogn Engiadina" in Scuol are always worth a visit. With your guest card you can use the regular bus connections to Scuol free of charge.
