Our holiday home is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Laret by the village fountain. In 2022/2023 we rebuilt the house. The living room and the kitchen are modern and generously furnished. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring double bed and a large wardrobe. A small wet room for shower and toilet. The valley run Laret, is in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus can also be reached in just 2 minutes. Some of the hiking trails start from the house. Shops in the immediate vicinity. The village centre of Samnaun can be reached in 45 minutes with a beautiful hike. By car about 5 minutes. There are beautiful, easy to challenging bike trails. Guided bike tours with a local guide on request. Rental bikes can be arranged. Free: parking in front of the house. Ski room with boot heater Wi-Fi internet connection Bus stop 2nd min.
