Our holiday home is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Laret by the village fountain. In 2022/2023 we rebuilt the house. The living room and kitchen are modern and generously furnished. The bedrooms are equipped with a box-spring double bed and a large wardrobe. There is 1 wet room for each double bedroom. The Laret valley run is in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus can also be reached in just 3 minutes. Some of the hiking trails start from the house. Shops in the immediate vicinity. The Samnaun village centre can be reached in 45 minutes with a beautiful hike. By car about 5 minutes. There are beautiful easy to challenging bike trails. Free of charge: parking in front of the house, ski room with ski boot heater, WiFi, internet connection. Free bus to the gondola lift approx. 8 minutes.
