The historic 5-room house is located in the middle of Cons, a district of Vrin, and is located on a sunny hillside terrace in the wildly romantic Lumnezia.

The rooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom are spread over three floors. In the basement there is the cellar for skis, sleds and bicycles. Wood heating in the living room and kitchen, the bedrooms are only tempered. Bathroom heated.

A parking lot (for a fee) is located near the well or between the house and the stable. Restaurant and grocery store are 1.5 km away.
