Apartment Chasa Fattinger.oben We rent a well-kept, very quiet 4.5 room apartment in the attic of our two-family house. The special thing about the cozy apartment is the unique view of the church tower, the village center and the mountains behind it. The apartment is suitable for 1 to 6 person/s. It has a large, open plan living area. Behind it is the small, open kitchen with adjoining dining area. The apartment has three bedrooms with 2 beds each: 1 spacious bedroom with table and two seats in a large lucerne, it is accessible from the living area via two steps; and two additional bedrooms, the smaller, sloping one, is behind the larger one and can only be reached via it. Opposite these two bedrooms is the small room with shower, washbasin and toilet. The Chasa Fattinger is slightly elevated, quietly trafficked on a cul-de-sac and in a very sunny location. The bus stop, chairlift and shops in Ftan are only a 6-8 minute walk away. A garage space is available.
