In winter, direct descent from the slopes to the front door is possible, in summer there is access to a wide range of hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
In the basement of the house there are the apartment's own ski and lockable locker compartments for storing (winter) sports equipment, as well as a shared laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clotheslines. The apartment has an underground parking space with direct access to the house (other parking spaces outside the house).
