The modern and spacious part of the house, a converted and extended old Engadine stable, is located in the middle of the beautiful village of Guarda (Lower Engadine) on a quiet side street. Thanks to the orientation to the west you can enjoy inside and outside (balcony and small but nice garden with partly covered seating area) the fantastic view with lots of sun. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes away from the house. From the front door it is two, three steps and you are standing in a magnificent alpine mountain world.
